In every organization, there are individuals whose dedication quietly strengthens the entire operation.  At Conwed, Ashley Merges is one of those exceptional contributors.

Ashley is a standout member of our customer service team, supporting multiple markets—including erosion control—with exceptional communication, accuracy, and professionalism. She is known for putting customers first, providing timely updates, and working seamlessly with our plants and staff. Self‐directed and detail‐driven, Ashley consistently delivers the level of service our partners rely on.

Outside of work, Ashley is a devoted mom to two daughters, ages 16 and 10—complete opposites who keep her busy and entertained. Much of her time is spent with them at the beach, refereeing sibling debates, or enjoying their favorite activity: trips to the movie theater. She also loves quiet moments with her cat and a good book, always keeping a Kindle or paperback close by. In the colder months, she enjoys baking sourdough and crocheting.

Ashley’s dedication, reliability, and genuine care for customers make her an invaluable part of Conwed. We’re proud to recognize her outstanding contributions.
